Born and raised in this area, Kathy and her husband Curt have raised two children. She works at the Grand Traverse Area Catholic Schools in the Advancement Department specializing in event planning. She enjoys reading, hiking, kayaking and the company of my large family.
Beth has served on the BrickWays Corporate Board of Directors since 2011, and as president of the BrickWays Foundation starting in 2016. Her career as a nurse spanned more than 36 years, with over 30 of those years at TBAISD. Beth and her husband, Roger Martin, live in Lake Ann and they enjoy their pets, outdoor activities, music and traveling.
Dan’s professional experience is derived from the banking industry, with past experience in credit analysis. He currently works as an Asset Management Officer for InSite Capital, a subsidiary of Chemical Bank, which provides tax credit investment services. Dan earned his business degree from Alma College.
Living in Traverse City for 53 years is a gift Diana does not take for granted. She and her husband have raised two daughters here. She spent 30 years employed by TBAISD teaching Emotionally Impaired students as well as students with severe Autism.
Jim has a B.S. Michigan State University in Mathematics and a master's of science from the University of South Carolina, also in Mathematics. He was a teacher, coach and administrator for 40 years in Alaska, at Traverse City St. Francis and at Traverse City Area Public Schools. He is a volunteer for the Special Olympics, track and Winter Games.
Marie earned her undergraduate degree in Business Administration at Lake Superior State University and followed that with an MBA focusing on Strategic Management from Davenport University. She is a Banking Center Manager at Chemical Bank. She began this career on the teller line as a management trainee in July of 2005. In her spare time, Marie enjoys volunteering with Junior Achievement, and is often busy at home with her husband and three daughters. As a family, they spend their time outdoors enjoying all that our region has to offer.
